Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided on the website are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

If you authorise delivery without a signature or choose an Authority to Leave option, risk of loss passes to you once the goods are delivered to the nominated address.

If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to accept the goods and Authority to Leave has not been granted, additional redelivery charges may apply.

Customers must notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date if an order has not arrived so that an investigation can be initiated with the courier.

Title and Risk

Ownership (title) of goods remains with Screws and Fasteners until the goods have been delivered to you. Risk of loss or damage passes to you at the time the goods are delivered to the delivery address you provided, including where goods are left unattended at your request.

If additional goods are dispatched in error, ownership of those goods remains with Screws and Fasteners and they must be returned upon request.

Returns and Refunds

We allow change-of-mind returns at any time, provided that:

• the goods are unused
• packaging remains unopened
• the items are in resalable condition

Examples of resalable condition include:

• plastic bags must remain sealed and unopened
• boxes with zip-open packaging must remain unopened

Opening sealed packaging is considered acceptance of the product and the item may no longer be eligible for a change-of-mind return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Goods must be packaged appropriately for return transport. Items damaged during return shipping may not be eligible for a refund.

Customers must contact us before returning goods so that return instructions can be provided.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including:

• Australian Consumer Law
• Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand)

Where required by these laws, customers may be entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty, not as described, or do not meet applicable consumer guarantees.

If an incorrect item has been supplied, please contact us before opening the packaging so we can arrange an appropriate solution.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there has been an error with your order, we ask that you contact us first so we can resolve the issue promptly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with us may delay resolution of the matter.

We reserve the right to provide relevant order, delivery, and communication records to payment providers in order to respond to chargeback claims.

Limitation of Liability
