No, we are an online only shop and all orders are sent out via courier. We do not have a physical shop.
All shipments from Screws and Fasteners are sent via New Zealand Couriers out of Auckland. Orders received before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.
Shipments to the North Island usually arrive the day after shipment. South Island is usually 2-3 days after shipment.
Rural deliveries are approximately an extra 2 days on top.
You can get a quote for delivery on the cart page. First add the products you want to your shopping cart, then on the cart page you can enter your postcode to get a quote to ship these products to your address.
If you haven't received a tracking link you can contact us on the adjacent contact form and let us know your order ID. We will get back to you with a link where you can track the location and estimated delivery date of your order from the courier.

If when placing your order you saw a message saying "Your order has been placed" or your order status is Processing then we have received your order. It is either being processed or has been shipped and is on the way to you. Sometimes our confirmation emails end up in your junk email folder.
No, but it is very quick and easy to order using our website. You can navigate to the category of screw you want from the menu. When you find the product you want you add it to your shopping cart. Then you can adjust the quantity and get a shipping quote on the shopping cart page. From there, you checkout and enter your delivery details and your credit card details and the order will be shipped to you ASAP.
