Delivery Information

All orders from Screws and Fasteners are shipped via New Zealand Couriers from our Auckland warehouse.

Orders received before 2:00pm on business days will usually be dispatched the same day.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• North Island: Usually next business day
• South Island: Usually 2–3 business days
• Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 2 business days

Unfortunately, we only ship within New Zealand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

Minimum delivery charges:

• Auckland: $9.95
• Nationwide under 3kg: $9.95

Authority to Leave Delivery Unattended

During checkout you may choose Authority to Leave (ATL). This allows the courier to leave your parcel at the delivery address if no one is available to accept delivery.

If you choose this option, the courier will leave the parcel without a signature. Screws and Fasteners cannot be held responsible for loss or theft of parcels delivered under Authority to Leave.

If Authority to Leave is not selected and no one is available to accept delivery, the parcel will be taken to a nearby courier depot or collection point. A delivery card will be left with instructions for collection.

If a redelivery is required, an additional delivery fee may apply.
